Clinical Nurse Specialist Role

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a postgraduate qualification and credentialled Diabetes Educator status to take on this key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical care, leadership, and education in diabetes management.
  • Triage referrals, manage waitlists, and lead multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
  • Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least three years' experience in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team at a senior level.
