Finance Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead our finance systems and reporting team. This is a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data for all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing finance systems and leading teams. They will be responsible for driving business solutions, providing financial analysis and commercial advice, and ensuring the smooth migration of data into centralised systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring and driving performance within a team, with advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools. They will also have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting or business analysis
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and driving performance within a team
  • Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools, including Power BI, SSRS, SSAS and SQL Server
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Strong communicator, capable of collaborating across departments and providing clear guidance on technical finance matters
