We are currently seeking applications for a System Support Consultant to join Shared Services SA Business Systems at the Department of Treasury & Finance on an ongoing basis. This position will be located at the Port Adelaide office.

Remuneration: ASO6 - Salary Range ($98,478 - $104,165 p.a.).

About the opportunity:

The Business Systems team within Shared Services SA supports key applications used to provide corporate and business services to client agencies. It is responsible for delivering secure, robust services and enhancing functionality with software vendors.

The System Support Consultant reports to the Senior System Support Consultant and supports cloud-based business applications, including Basware Invoice Management, Tungsten TotalAgility, Cadency financial reconciliation, and eInvoicing Access Point.

About you:

You will have extensive experience supporting SaaS applications, aligned with ITIL practices, including configuration, incident, and release management. You will liaise with staff within Shared Services SA and client agencies.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience testing application upgrades, enhancements, and fixes.
  • Knowledge of data management and application security practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for providing technical advice.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing priorities effectively.
  • Proven customer service skills and stakeholder relationship development.
