We are seeking passionate and skilled chefs to join our dynamic team at Adelaide Oval, a world-class entertainment venue in the heart of Adelaide. As a qualified chef, you will be part of a close-knit kitchen brigade that delivers high-quality food and beverage services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our functions and corporate clients
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with our dedicated pastry team to deliver exceptional desserts and pastries
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure our offerings meet the highest standards
Requirements:
  • Trade qualifications in cooking or a related field
  • Basic Food Hygiene/Food Safety certification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Availability to work major event days and flexible roster
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
