About our role for a Community Registered Nurse
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in a community-based setting, providing hands-on nursing care to clients in their homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to transition into a community-focused career, working collaboratively with a supportive team to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a flexible approach to meeting the needs of clients.
- Providing comprehensive nursing care, including catheter, PEG, and wound management
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the Clinical Nursing Team
- Offering training and support to staff members as required
- Performing other duties within the scope of practice as delegated by the Clinical Nurse Team
