SEEKING PERMANENT PART TIME OR CASUAL IN-HOME AGED CARE NURSE FOR CARE PLANNING ROLE
- ANF Level 2.1 Clinical Nurse Pay Rates
- 15 hours Per Week, flexible on Time/Days
- On Call Rates for Weekend once per 5 weeks
- Servicing clients all over Perth Metro
- Start 1-4 Weeks From Date of Add
NEED TO HAVE:
Registered or Enrolled Nurse Qualification
Have Drivers Licence
Have Own to car
Able to work In Australia
TASKS
- This Job is mostly Non-Clinical.
- Care Planning for Patients who live in their Own Home.
- Constructing New Care Plans and Home Care Agreements to plan for optimum patient care within the available budget.
- Reviewing this Care Plan in their own home every three months and As needs Change
- Some Clinical Visits as Required (EG, Wound Care/IM Injections)

Godrich health care is an approved provider of home care packages so we can provide government subsidised level 1-4 care packages to the elderly in their own home. **Salary**: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
