Job Overview

Seeking a dedicated individual to lead sports activities and team sports for students. The role involves managing various programs, developing fitness training plans, and collaborating with the sports department.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage sports teams for students in Years K–12.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fitness training programs for Senior School athletes.
  • Manage representative pathways, athlete education, and support services.
  • Collaborate with the Sports Department on events and carnivals.
  • Organise camps and other activities.

Requirements

A strong background in Water Polo and Strength and Conditioning is required. A Level 1 ASCA qualification (or willingness to obtain one) is essential. Previous experience in schools is highly beneficial.

  • Ability to work across multiple sports (Netball, Basketball, Touch Football, Badminton, Volleyball).
  • Excellent organisational, administration, time management, and communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in sport or related discipline, and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
