We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our hotel reception team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.


As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be expected to work as part of a team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.


About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel reception team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings
  • Develop a genuine understanding of the hotel's procedures and policies

Key Attributes
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of RMS or similar systems
  • Flexibility to work a varied roster including evenings and weekends
  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Word and Excel
  • Patient and able to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience is highly regarded but not essential
