Personal Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Professional to join our team at one of our luxury retirement living communities in Melbourne.

As a Personal Care Professional, you will provide high-quality daily care services for residents, with a focus on promoting their independence and well-being. You will enjoy fostering strong relationships with residents, their families and your colleagues to help ensure care outcomes are consistently exceeded.

  • Provide safe and effective daily personal care, tailored to the resident's care needs.
  • Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence.
  • Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties.
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, Health Services Assistance or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Current Police Check clearance.
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date.
