Export Manager Opportunity

Leading the export team involves managing both air and ocean freight exports. This encompasses negotiating rates with carriers, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and maintaining high service levels.

This role requires a suitably experienced individual to join the Melbourne team and oversee the export division. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in international freight forwarding, staff management, and working knowledge of cargo management systems.

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Recent export air and ocean freight experience gained within an international forwarding environment
  • Staff management experience
  • Working knowledge of cargo management software
  • Ability to liaise effectively with clients and service providers
