Service Team Member

About the Role:

The Service Team Member is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with daily operations in our Service Deli department. As a member of our team, you will be expected to provide prompt and courteous service to members, employees, and suppliers while adhering to proper safety procedures and standards.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be required to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and package meals, entrees, salads, party trays, rotisserie chicken, sliced meats, and cheeses.
  • Prepare take-and-bake pizzas, stock and rotate merchandise in the display case, and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.
  • Assist with physical inventory, restocking ingredients and supplies, food preparation, stocking the display case, and cleaning up.
  • Participate in performance reviews and assist with supervising and participating in daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be beneficial, but not essential. We encourage applications from individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
