Interior Design Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Consultant to join our team in South Australia. As a key member of our Studio team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide customers through the home personalisation and selection process, including interior colours, finishes, and fittings.
  • Maintain and develop thorough knowledge of our products, services, and processes to confidently interact with customers and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop effective relationships with key supply partners and promote their products.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and detailed paperwork to the Customer and Operations team.
  • Foster a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Proven experience in retailing, interior design, marketing, or sales, preferably related to the building industry.
  • Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
  • An enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven approach to all tasks undertaken.
