Our district is seeking a skilled Support Officer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative support and manage projects with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

As a District Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes providing administrative support, managing project delivery, and preparing documents such as letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes, and briefing notes.

You will also be involved in minute taking, diary management, meeting coordination, data entry, records administration, database and systems coordination, and customer service both internally and externally.
