Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for working with adolescents and adults, and will possess excellent clinical skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients in their homes, group homes, aged care facilities, or public settings. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.

As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with lifelong disabilities, neurological conditions, TBI/ABI, autism/ASD, amputations, and sensory impairments.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing occupational therapy services to clients in various settings, including home, community, and institutional environments
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for clients
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of policies and procedures
