Business Analyst/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Risk Management Group as part of the Institutional Client Onboarding program. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with specialist business teams to deliver Macquarie's Targeting Operating Model for Counterparty Lifecycle Management and ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and document current and future state processes in an Agile structure
- Collaborate with Counterparty Lifecycle Management SMEs to provide expertise and manage the delivery plan for this workstream
- Bring market best practice knowledge into workshops, including the design of the migration approach
- Manage and develop technology solutions to drive digitalization, automation, and data adoption
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, ideally with experience or ambitions to gain experience in Project Management
- Understanding of best practice in Counterparty Lifecycle Management in institutional financial services organisations
- Understanding of Agile ways of working and experience in iterative development processes
- Hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions
- Ability to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply
