The Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the portfolio management of around 300 properties with assistance. Trust Accounting experience would be advantageous. Your duties will include:

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Managing Arrears
  • Organise Repairs & Maintenance
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Complete Exit inspections
  • Attendance at QCAT where required
  • Cloud-based software
The Successful Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of previous Property Management experience
  • Reliable and passionate about Property Management
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Corporate presentation
  • Valid driver's license
