**Administrative Support Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Casual Administration Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Respond to inquiries from tenants regarding their tenancies;
- Process and manage maintenance work orders efficiently;
- Arrange keys for tradespeople to access premises as needed;
- Update internal records to reflect bond refunds accurately;
- Maintain accurate records in software systems and Excel reports;
- Contribute to online marketing efforts by updating listings and checking content regularly;
- Ensure rental listings and documents are up-to-date and accurate;
- Assist with sorting keys for moving-in renters and preparing condition reports;
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a Reception and Administrative capacity;
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry (preferably);
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced proficiency in Office Applications;
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
- Clear National Police Check/Record required;
**Work Arrangements:**
This is a casual position working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with no remote work options available.
