Urban Infrastructure Project Manager Job Description

Our company is seeking a seasoned Urban Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community development team, you will be responsible for managing civil design and documentation on various urban infrastructure projects.

In this permanent full-time role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from feasibility to construction. Your expertise in resolving design constraints, coordinating projects, and interfacing with multiple disciplines will be crucial in delivering high-quality results.

About the Role
  • Manage urban and road projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and coordination documents.
  • Provide technical support to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between departments on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and implement quality control measures.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and skills development within our organization.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in securing and delivering projects through business development and client relationship management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering design, project delivery, and project management.
  • Experience with current civil engineering technologies, including design software and modeling tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
