We are seeking a meticulous and organized Chief Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort and Convention Centre, located in the picturesque Sunshine Coast.

Job Summary

This role involves managing accounts payable, overseeing the entire payment process, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. You will be responsible for reconciling payments, executing End of Month procedures, and maintaining organized records.

You will also generate valuable reports and update our Accounts Payable system to keep everything running smoothly. If you excel in accuracy and efficiency, have a sharp attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable, including receiving, processing, and verifying invoices
  • Oversee the entire payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Reconcile payments, execute End of Month procedures, and maintain organized records
  • Generate valuable reports and update our Accounts Payable system
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience in Accounting
  • Previous hotel experience is a plus, enhancing your understanding of the industry
  • Proficient in financial and accounting procedures, policies, and systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in all financial transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to deliver outstanding service and build positive relationships
