Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional hospitality professional to join our team as a skilled Barista and All Rounder.

  • You will have a strong background in coffee or experience working in a busy cafe environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a variety of people.
  • Passionate about great food and coffee, with a basic understanding of operating an espresso machine and preparing espresso coffees.
  • Focused on continuous improvement and exceeding customers' expectations to create loyal customers.
  • Motivated and resilient, with a keen focus on motivating others and driving team success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages.
  • Operate an espresso machine and prepare espresso coffees.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and drive business growth.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve excellent results.
Skill Requirements
