Job Role

The Support Worker is a key role in providing person-centered support to individuals with varying levels of need. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that promote the independence, health, and wellbeing of our clients.

About this Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our Gympie-based team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and a commitment to delivering person-centered support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including household chores, grocery shopping, and personal care;
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social events;
  • Provide support with behavior management strategies and development of independent living skills;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required;
Essential Qualifications
  • Current Blue Card for Working with Children;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening;
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance;
  • NDIS E-Learning modules;
  • Smartphone with internet access;
