Business Development Associate

We are seeking an experienced Client Partnerships Specialist to provide meaningful solutions for a well-established and thriving client portfolio within the healthcare industry.
This role requires an individual who can build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for using their network and referral partners to identify and pursue new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully building and leading a Commercial Banking or Corporate portfolio, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Gain an in-depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions;
- Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.
