The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation by providing expert advice on change and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer strategic guidance to senior management on effective communication and opportunities regarding projects and change activities.
  • Develop and implement targeted communication strategies to inform staff, customer agencies, and stakeholders of key organisational direction, progress, and changes.
  • Establish protocols for using key communication channels, including internet and intranet sites, social media channels, and web franchises.
  • Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to promote initiatives.
  • Review presentations and materials for external conferences to ensure alignment with organisational strategy.

This professional reports directly to the Manager, Change Communication & Capability Development, Portfolio and Change, QSS Enabling Services.
