We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architectural Graduate to join our team.
">Your Role- Prepare preliminary sketch designs for client approval and develop comprehensive designs in accordance with town planning regulations and building codes.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-consultants to ensure effective integration of their contributions into projects.
- Prepare formal submissions, including design drawings and reports, and submit them to relevant authorities.
- Assist Project Leaders in site inspections, client meetings, and consultant coordination to keep projects on track.
- Progress project documentation using Revit software in line with office standards.
- Prepare and review tender documentation and assist with the tendering process.
- Observe contract conditions, including site inspections and post-completion assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date quality assurance documentation and ensure compliance with project quality procedures.
- Communicate regularly with Project Leaders and Directors, providing updates on project progress and seeking guidance as needed.
You will work closely with experienced professionals, progressing toward full registration as an Architect and gaining hands-on experience across multiple sectors.
About You- Hold a Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Be eligible for registration as an Architect in Australia.
- Have proficiency in Revit (ArchiCAD experience highly regarded but not essential).
- possess strong design, documentation, and contract administration skills.
- have a solid understanding of building codes and construction techniques.
- be able to work independently and as part of a project team.
- have previous experience in an architectural practice across commercial, residential, industrial, and retail sectors is advantageous.
- exhibit excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- have a strong commitment to design excellence.
- be adaptable, flexible, and multi-skilled with a philosophical approach to architecture.
- demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- be willing to learn and have a proactive attitude toward professional development.
