This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our Marketing team. As an Online Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly product displays across our websites.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing Content & Merchandising, this role requires close collaboration with our Purchasing team to develop a deep understanding of our product categories through market research and data analysis.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in online merchandising, digital marketing, and website layout design. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving customer experiences and has a sound understanding of consumer behavior. If you are a detail-oriented individual with exceptional multitasking abilities, we want to hear from you

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing online visual merchandising across multiple websites
  • Building knowledge of product categories and customer shopping behaviors
  • Collaborating with the Purchasing team to implement product merchandising best practices
  • Analyzing visitor browsing and purchasing behavior to inform visual communication strategies
  • Supporting data analysis to drive business decisions and inform product strategies
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve website functionality and user experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, or similar)
  • Experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, or website layout design
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience working with web analytics tools
  • Passion for improving customer experiences and understanding consumer behavior
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
