About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Fresh Service Manager to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our Fresh Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Fresh Service Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Fresh Team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a consistently good offer on our Fresh range.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
