About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Fresh Service Manager to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our Fresh Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Fresh Service Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Fresh Team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
