Job Description:

We're seeking an accomplished Hotel Manager to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing hospitality organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading high-performing teams, with expertise in creating personalized holiday experiences through meaningful interactions. Proven experience in operational management, including Front Office, Maintenance & Food and Beverage, is essential.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a driven team to provide exceptional customer experiences in a resort environment
  • Create personalized holiday experiences through meaningful conversations
  • Operate effectively within hotel departments, including Front Office, Maintenance & Food and Beverage
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the organization's success
