Talent Vision 360 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reach Stacker Operator to join our team at our Bibra Lake facility. As a key player in the Minerals and Energy sector, we require a professional who can safely load and unload equipment using cranes, manage and optimize yard storage space, and operate a variety of equipment including 2T - 16T forklifts, Mobicon, and Reach stackers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely Load and Unload Equipment: Operate cranes to load and unload equipment, ensuring the safe transportation of goods.
  • Yard Storage Management: Efficiently manage and optimize yard storage space to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including 2T - 16T forklifts, Mobicon, and Reach stackers, with valid licenses required.
  • Equipment Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading diverse equipment, adhering to strict protocols to protect the Class A Nature Reserve on Barrow Island.
  • Quarantine-Approved Procedures: Follow quarantine-approved procedures during equipment remediation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Heat Shrink Wrapping: Perform heat shrink wrapping on materials, equipment, and large machinery, adhering to safety standards.
  • Load Restraint Processes: Contribute to load restraint processes, ensuring the safe transportation of goods.
  • Warehouse Activities: Support general warehouse activities as needed, upholding the company's safety standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Possess a positive, self-motivated attitude with a disciplined approach.
  • High-Risk License: Hold a current High-Risk License with Reach Stacker certification for Non-Slewing Mobile Cranes.
  • Rigging and Dogging Experience: Have experience in rigging and dogging, with a background in dismantling and reassembling plant equipment preferred.
  • Fumigation Knowledge: Possess knowledge of fumigation processes using Ethol Format, Pestigas, and Super flex, highly desirable.
  • Dangerous Goods Handling: Be able to safely consolidate and pack dangerous goods for sea transport.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and a willingness to learn.
  • Independent Work: Possess a strong ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
