About The Job

As an Employment Consultant, you will manage a caseload of participants and provide tailored support to empower them to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model—a proven approach to employment for people with mental illness.
  • Support participants through every step of their journey: vocational profiling, job search, resume preparation, placement, post-placement support and ongoing support.
  • Work collaboratively with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities.
  • Monitor outcomes, keep accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

What You'll Need
  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification (Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field).
