This is a challenging role requiring expertise in the management of personal injury compensation claims. As an Injury Recovery Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of WorkCover & Volunteer compensation claims.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring early injury recovery, return to work, and appropriate compensation outcomes for our clients. This requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize a volume caseload.

Your exceptional attention to detail, time management, and negotiation skills will enable you to accurately manage claims relating to return to work, capacity, and occupational rehabilitation.

You will have the opportunity to source information to accurately manage claims, undertake all claims management activities in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, identify improvements in processes and develop strategies and systems to manage the workload, and review and maintain estimates of the cost of claims based on the strategy for each claim.

This is a highly consultative and compliance-driven role, requiring expertise across a range of areas, including communication, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.

  • An industry-related qualification or equivalent practical experience in the management of personal injury compensation claims
