Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants, including providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to participants, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Authorised to work in Australia.
  • Valid Australian Driver License.
  • An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector.
  • Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification will be highly regarded.
  • Minimum 2-year industry experience.
  • Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate.
