The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team at the Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI). As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to our internal and external clients, both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face training in the classroom
- Deliver online/Zoom training
- Conduct Training assessments, marking, and record learning outcomes
- Report learning outcomes to individual students and the respective Manager within agreed timeframes
- Travelling between care sites as required to train and assess students
- Participate in the validation and moderation process
- Process Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) documents
- Assist in identifying new growth and development opportunities for the RTO
- Provide feedback to The ALTI Curriculum team for the continuous improvement of training resources
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced trainer with a passion for education and quality standards. You will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience within the aged, disability, and/or health care sector.
