The People Services Branch operates as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders seeking information, advice, or support. The team provides a range of services including assistance and advice, data analytics, payroll, and recruitment services.

People Connect serves as the central hub for internal and external inquiries, offering timely and consistent advice across a wide array of topics while fostering an integrated, client-centric experience.

  • ">
  • Provide operational and strategic direction to the statewide People Connect Team, overseeing people service activities such as maintaining the self-service portal, Advice Line, and escalated matters before redirection to relevant Centres of Expertise.">
  • Proactively manage cases, ensuring timely resolution or referral by the team within agreed timeframes.">
  • Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement in all areas of operations, including resource management, building skills and capabilities in the team, and continuously improving processes, systems, and knowledge base.">
  • Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, policy review, and data integrity.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Formal qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.">
  • At least 5 years previous HR Specialist experience ideally in a shared services environment.">
