Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the individual needs of our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 licence acceptable).
