Print Production Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in operating complex machinery and possess a strong understanding of print production processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-speed printers, laminators, trimmers, and mounting machines with precision.
  • Understand various printing techniques including sublimation, screen printing, and art reproduction.
  • Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and maintenance routines.
  • Train colleagues on the operation of machinery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing print production processes.
  • Ability to train others on new equipment and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of binding, drilling, stitching, collating, folding, and scoring processes is desirable.
Key Skills:
  • Experience with wide-format printing and finishing equipment.
  • Familiarity with digital printing technologies.
  • Knowledge of color management and proofing systems.
