Print Production Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our WA Print Production team as a Print Production Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of high-end production print equipment and associated software services solutions.

This role involves on-site maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction through corrective and preventative measures. Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and professional approach are essential attributes for this role.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of exceptional customer service.

Able to work autonomously, whilst maintaining open communication with the team to ensure workload consistency and transparency.

In addition to providing outstanding service and support, the successful candidate will have opportunities for continuous learning and development within our collaborative team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and support of high-end production print equipment
  • On-site maintenance and corrective/preventative measures
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service: Proven track record of exceptional customer service
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Certifications/Licenses: Driver's License and Working with Children Check
  • Nationality: Australian citizenship

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in the print industry or similar fields
  • Skills: Proficiency in software and hardware systems related to print production
