Home Care Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Home Care Professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

As a Home Care Professional, you will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences. You will provide personalized care and support, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged or community care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
