About the role

We seek casual aged and disability support workers with a driver's license and access to a vehicle. Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm, with weekend opportunities.

You will assist with tasks such as:

• Transport
• Shopping
• Personal care
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Social and community access

Qualifications

About you

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability
• Current Driver's license and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Australian Federal Police Check
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Willingness to travel between Carlingford, Lidcombe, Auburn, Strathfield, Burwood, Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs

The starting hourly rate is from $39 plus shift loadings and superannuation.

We provide ongoing support and supervision through our dedicated Care Coordination Team, which includes trained nurses.
