Support Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to provide one-on-one assistance to people with disabilities in their homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting needs
  • Offer medication support and mobility assistance by safely transferring clients into community transportation
  • Promote client autonomy and self-determination through active support plans and person-centered approaches
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transporting clients
  • A willingness to work flexible hours across the week, including public holidays
  • The ability to use basic technology and software on mobile and desktop devices
  • A current First Aid Certificate, including HLTAID003 or HLTAID011
