About the Role

Cotton On Group is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for the production of styling looks for seasonal campaigns, marketing materials, product detail pages, web and social initiatives.

You will collaborate with our Marketing and Trend teams to bring the brand message and vision to life through styling and storytelling that aligns with our DNA and strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Styling models for editorial photo shoots and online product photography to ensure high-quality images are produced.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop and execute styling concepts that meet brand standards.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure styling aligns with brand messaging and strategy.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous styling experience in fashion/retail editorial, lingerie, product, and still-life photography.
  • Extensive knowledge of apparel on-body and flat styling techniques for across the retail industry and in various fashion categories, with specific attention to fit.
  • A superb eye for trending, style, and visual composition.
  • Proven experience with editorial on-set standards, demands, and need for attention to detail. Ability to creatively problem-solve in a high-volume workflow studio.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback, and is a solid verbal and written communicator.
  • Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure.
