Expert aircraft maintenance professionals are sought to join a high-tech team. As an aircraft maintenance specialist, you will be involved in the development, manufacture, and upkeep of cutting-edge aircraft.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Production, maintenance, and repair of sheet metal, composite materials, and components on aircraft.
  • Work in an aviation environment that meets all regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
  • Perform scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance tasks delegated by the team leader.
  • Ensure maintenance and technical documentation is authorized for use and compliant with regulations.
  • Correctly record details of work performed and certify performance within required timeframes.
  • Report defects, deficiencies, and unserviceability to the team leader.
  • Carry out maintenance only to the delegated and authorized level.
About the Role:
  • A Certificate IV in Aeroskills – Structures or equivalent is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain NV1 security clearance.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with Defence aircraft is essential.
  • A military or Civil Aviation Maintenance Licence is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Australian Defence Force aircraft maintenance regulations and procedures is also highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
