Key Account Manager is looking for a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Simulator Pilot Instructor. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on training and administrative support.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an individual with a strong background in aviation and experience as a Qualified Flying Instructor or Operational Flying Instructor.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1000 command hours on multi-engine, multi-crew and tactical transport aircraft.
  • Experience as a flight simulator instructor is highly valued, but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mission briefs and debriefs as appropriate
  • Deliver simulator instruction to pilot students
  • Engage with simulator maintenance technicians to report identified simulator issues
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training material
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years Military Qualified Flying Instructor or Operational Flying Instructor experience in an aircrew training environment
  • Hold a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or recognised experience
