We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to join our Children's Therapy team.
- This role involves providing high quality services, integrating the developmental and therapeutic needs of children, to increase their meaningful participation in daily life.
- You will work as part of a transdisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals to build the capacity of children, families and communities through individual and group clinical work.
The successful candidate will have a positive and proactive approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to children and their families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Registration with relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA)
- Experience working with children and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
