Cleaner and Trolley Collector Job

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic cleaner to join our team in Melbourne. As a Cleaner and Trolley Collector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our stores and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the store floor, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Collect and return trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.

Key Qualifications:

  • You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve cleaning tasks.
  • You should provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You must demonstrate a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • You should maintain a safe work environment by following safety practices.
  • You need to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • You must be active and physically fit, able to lift up to 17kgs, and work varied shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
