- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a much-needed break and helping to alleviate stress and anxiety.
- Provide social support and transport to appointments, ensuring our customers can access essential services and maintain their independence.
- Work with customers who have complex care needs, including dementia, to provide tailored support and care.

- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel to customers' homes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our customers, with a focus on their dignity, respect, and autonomy.
