About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management team in Launceston. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including leasing of properties, organizing open homes, and assessing tenancy applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients.
  • Organize the advertising of properties, including creating eye-catching listings and coordinating open homes.
  • Assess tenancy applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Work closely with the Elders team to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Maximize promotional opportunities, including participating in field days and community events.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous customer service experience, a Property Representative Licence, and a current driver's licence. You will also need to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
