We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a convenience store or tobacconist setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Proficiency in stock control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail sales strategies and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with tobacco product regulations and retail compliance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall store operations, leading a team of retail staff, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for monitoring financial performance, building relationships with suppliers, and implementing workplace health and safety protocols.
