Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting client choice, positive routines, and activities that enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services, such as transportation, shopping, and social activities.
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, care plans, or additional services needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Certificate III in Individualised Support, Home & Community Services, Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • A current full driver's license.
  • A Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate & CPR.
  • Reliable motor vehicle, including valid registration and full comprehensive third-party insurance.
  • Smart mobile phone or device.
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Police Clearance (within 6 months or willingness to obtain one).
  • Access to the internet and experience using a computer, systems, and applications.
