Nurse Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients within their own homes.
About the RoleYou will work closely with registered nurses to implement clinical and care interventions as delegated, ensuring the highest standards of care at all times. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients to live life to the fullest by promoting choice and independence.
- Skill 1: Support clients to maintain their autonomy and make informed decisions about their care.
- Skill 2: Contribute to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of our residents through assessment and observation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current AHPRA Nursing Registration.
- The ability to obtain necessary checks, including NDIS and Police clearances.
- A full driver's license.
- CPR and manual handling certification.
- Experience in community or aged care settings.
- A commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- A working knowledge of WHS and Infection Control principles.
